The Texas Heritage Songwriters’ Association will pay tribute to the late, great Texas songwriter Guy Clark and will honor author Tamara Saviano, whose biography of Clark was published last year, with an Americana all-star gathering on April 7 for its Darrell K. Royal Homecoming Show at the Paramount Theatre.

The lineup includes Rodney Crowell, Joe Ely, Bruce Robison, Lee Roy Parnell, Jack Ingram, Verlon Thompson, Terry Allen, Shawn Camp, the Trishas, Brennen Leigh and Noel McKay. Tickets, $45-$125, go on sale Friday, Jan. 20, at 10 a.m. via the Paramount website.

The event follows a smaller-scale tribute to Clark that took place last November at the Paramount during the Texas Book Festival, which featured an interview with Saviano and short performances by Ely and Allen. Clark died in May 2016 at age 74.
