Prepare for pandemonium at the Erwin Center when Panic! at the Disco returns

Devotees of Las Vegas band Panic! at the Disco are eagerly awaiting next week’s release of “Pray for the Wicked,” the band’s sixth album. Now their Austin fans have another date to anticipate: Feb. 8, 2019, which is when the chart-topping rockers will return to the Erwin Center.

Tickets go on sale at noon Friday, June 22, via the venue’s website or by phone at 512-477-6060. Ticket prices have not yet been announced. New York electronica act Two Feet will open the show.

Panic! at the Disco filled up the venue on their last visit to town in April 2017 when they toured behind 2016’s “Death of a Bachelor,” their first album to hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Writing for Austin360, Bryan Rolli observed that frontman Brendon Urie “dashed across the stage all night, flexing his seemingly limitless falsetto by injecting stratospheric vocal runs into nearly every song.”
