The band has canceled an upcoming North American tour which included a stop in San Marcos for Float Fest where the band was scheduled to headline the Sun Stage on Sunday, July 22.  Cold War Kids will take Glass Animals’ place on the bill.

“This is a very unfortunate time and our thoughts and prayers go out to Glass Animals and their friends and families,” said Float Fest Founder, Marcus Federman. “They are continuously loved by all and our team. We hope for a speedy recovery.”

According to an Instagram post on the official Glass Animals account, Seaward suffered a complex skull injury in the accident. “After a couple of long operations, he is now on the road to recovery,” the post read.
