Beyoncé drops two singles 'Texas Hold 'Em' and '16 Carriages'

On Super Bowl Sunday, Beyoncé dropped two new singles for her forthcoming album, “Act II.”

The singles “Texas Hold 'Em’” and “16 Carriages” are country-inspired.

When will Beyoncé's new album 'Act II' be released?

The album is out March 29, she announced on her Instagram

Is Beyoncé really doing a country album?

It seems like she’s been teasing this for a while. She could be seen wearing a bolo tie during the Super Bowl and wore a big cowboy hat and boots for the Grammys.

She even sang a country song on her 2016 album “Lemonade,” about her father titled “Daddy Lessons.”

What is known about Beyoncé's new album 'Act II'?

Country singer and musician Rhiannon Giddens is credited on “Texas Hold 'Em’” playing banjo and viola. Both songs also feature contributions from veteran producer Raphael Saadiq, best known for hits with D’Angelo (“How Does It Feel?”) and Beyoncé’s sister Solange.
